At Sugar & Grace Co., every treat is baked and decorated by hand, just for you. Because of the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders — including custom treats, pre-sales, or gift items.
Pickup & Shipping Policy
Once your order has been picked up or shipped, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or issues. We carefully package every item to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition.
For local pickups: Please check your order before leaving.
For shipped orders: We currently ship within Colorado only. While we package everything with care, we cannot control delays or mishandling by the carrier once it leaves our hands.
Order Issues Before Pickup/Shipping
If you notice a mistake in your order or need to make a change, please contact us at least 7 days before your pickup or shipping date. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Deposits
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your spot on our calendar. This deposit secures your event date and goes toward your final total. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
If you cancel or reschedule, the deposit is not transferable or refundable, as time and materials are reserved specifically for your order.
Storage Reminder
To keep your sugar cookies looking and tasting their best:
Store in a cool, dry place
Do not refrigerate
Keep away from direct sunlight or heat
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after pickup or delivery.
