OVERVIEW
Sugar & Grace Co. is a small-batch dessert business specializing in custom sugar cookies, cake pops, dipped treats, and more — made with love in Castle Rock, Colorado. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, communications, and visits to our website.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND PRE-SALES
All custom orders require a minimum of 2 dozen items unless otherwise noted. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your event date, with the balance due prior to fulfillment. By placing a custom order, you agree to provide any inspiration photos or event details in a timely manner.
Pre-sale items are limited in quantity and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Full payment is required to confirm pre-sale orders. Accepted payment methods include credit card and other digital payment options offered at checkout.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Because our treats are made to order and perishable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sugarandgracecolorado@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Shipping & Pickup
We currently offer shipping within Colorado only on select items. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order — Sugar & Grace Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages once they’re in the hands of the carrier.
Pickup is available in Castle Rock, Colorado. Your pickup date and time will be confirmed via email. Please be prompt, as all items are made fresh and scheduled for same-day handoff.
Allergens & Dietary Notes
Our treats are made in a home kitchen under Colorado Cottage Food Law. While we do offer gluten-free cookies made in a separate area, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Common allergens in our kitchen include: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They may be used for custom orders or shop items.

All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to Sugar & Grace Co. unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without written permission. Custom cookies are often inspired by your events — but the designs are original creations.
